At a non-LeetCode company, "did I get the answer" is not the scorecard. The real evaluation is on dimensions you did not know were being graded. This is so useful to understand going in.
Zero feedback at a company that does not do LeetCode means you have no surface area to optimize against. That is genuinely a difficult position.
